1. Contact us via Phone Call or Email
Our sales team will book you in for a call with our Professional Builder.
2. Phone Call with our Professional Builder
Tom will ask some simple questions to find out the basics of your project and what you are aiming to achieve. He will then book in a site meeting with you.
3. Site Meeting
This is where we will try to fully understand your goals and determine if our team is a good fit for you and your project.
4. Design Meeting
Our team will book a meeting with you and our designer on site to review the property, discuss your ideas and any information you already have.
5. Preliminary Agreement
We will provide you with a preliminary agreement in order for us to complete your soil test, contour survey and everything else required to complete a fixed price build quote for you.
6. Completion of your Fixed Price Build Quote
Now we have completed your Fixed Price Build Quote for your review and acceptance. We spend multiple hours with you explaining every specification and all inclusions, ensuring everything is included and correct. We will also review your schedule.
7. Build Contract
Now we can sign the appropriate documentation. We use professional Master Builders contracts.
8. Building Approval
We will submit an application to council to acquire build or development approval.
Once received final development approval, the construction will begin as per the decided schedule. We will complete the necessary certification assessments at the required milestones. Your home will be professionally cleaned before hand over.
Once construction is completed on time, we will review the build with you ensuring you are completely satisfied with the end result!
11. Warranty & Satisfaction
You will receive a three month warranty period as well as seven years on structural issues. After hand over, we will continue to stay in contact with you, not just because we are friends now!
12. Customer Feedback Session
We create an environment where you can openly discuss your entire building experience from which we can carefully evaluate how our services are perceived and from there, improve our overall experiences for clients.
